ORDERING / SHIPPING
How do I order online?
When you find something you want in the See Tees section, click Add To Cart. You can click the Continue
Shopping button or you can check out. Enter correct shipping address and billing info. After you place your order,
you will receive an email confirming your order.
We are a fledgling company and still have our downy feathers. As such, we use a Pay Pal shopping cart. Pay Pal helps small companies like us accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), as well as eChecks, and bank transfers.
Why are there only three designs?
We have big aspirations, but we had to start somewhere and three seemed like a good number.
If there is a bird you have been itching to see on a shirt, tell us what it is and why.
Give us the bird! When we offer that design, we will let you know.
Is your web site secure?
Yes. All personal information that you provide OrniThreads is protected from security threats and third parties
and will not be shared with anyone. For your protection, all credit card transactions are handled through
a secure link via Paypal, and no credit card information is ever stored on our own servers.
How will you ship my order?
Orders will be shipped within three to five business days via US Priority mail.
PRODUCT INFO
How are your products made, and by who?
The t-shirts are a super-soft Poly-Cotton (50% Polyester / 50% Cotton) blend from American Apparel.
Our screen-printing method makes the design feel softer through continual wear.
How do the shirts run?
The women's t-shirts run one size small so if you wear a women's medium, buy a large. For exact measurements,
click the women's size chart.
For men's shirts, please click the
men's size chart.
How does OrniThreads choose what birds to feature?
With so many birds to love and choose from, we just decided to start with some of our local favorites here
in Brooklyn. If there is a bird you want to see on a shirt, let us know.
Give us the bird! And tell us why
it matters to you and when we feature your bird, we'll let you know.
Who designs all your stuff?
Our designers are a talented group of freelance illustrators. While they may all come from diverse backgrounds,
they share a deep appreciation for birds and conservation. If you want to create a design in one of our next
collections, please email us at design@ornithreads.com.

When can I expect new designs?
Simply put, OrniThreads success will support new designs. Since the tees are only available in limited edition
collections, designs available now will only be available as inventory lasts. Once inventory runs out, we will
likely not re-offer that same design. We chose to do this to fulfill our mission of offering unique graphic
designs of birds not found anywhere else and to stay on top of design trends.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
If you're not satisfied with your order for whatever reason, you can exchange it for something else or return
it for a full refund within 15 days of receiving your shirt(s). Whether exchanging or returning, it is critical
that your item return to us in its original condition.
To make a return or exchange, please email service@ornithreads.com and request a Return Authorization Form. Once you receive that form, please complete it and include it in your shipment back to us.

PRIVACY
What is your privacy policy?
Your privacy is important to us. We use only the necessary information to process your orders.
We do not store credit card or personal information. We do not share any information with third parties.
And if this privacy policy changes for some reason, we will let you know.
